Social Responsibility
At HLR America, social responsibility isn’t just a buzzword. It’s a value intrinsic to our corporate culture, from the recruitment process to the company’s highest levels. Giving back is not only our responsibility – it’s our pleasure. The following are just a few of our endeavors:
Habitat for HumanityHabitat for Humanity's mission is to work in partnership with people everywhere, from all walks of life, to develop communities with people in need by building and renovating houses. The employees at HLR America contribute to this special cause by participating in team builds and hosting fundraising events, which raised USD 47,193.69 for the organization in 2010.

New Hope for Kids fulfills its mission – to support children and families grieving the death of a loved one and to grant wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses – through two programs: The Center for Grieving Children and Children’s Wish. For more than six years, HLR America has supported the organization’s holiday program by sponsoring hundreds of needy children and purchasing gifts they wouldn’t otherwise receive at Christmas.

HLR America allows employees to dress casually for work everyday to reward participation in a payroll deduction program that automatically donates a small portion of each paycheck to Habitat for Humanity Orlando.
University of Central FloridaHLR America supports our local university through the official fundraising arm for UCF athletics and The Golden Knights Club (GKC) by purchasing season tickets to the Home football games.
