Lisa K. Smith
Lisa K. Smith, CLU, Senior Vice President - Operations, joined HLR America in February 2009 with over 25 years of industry experience. She also serves as HLR America’s Denver Site Manager.
Lisa began her career with ING Security Life of Denver. She advanced in the organization holding various positions in ING’s retail and reinsurance businesses including Executive Director of strategic planning and organizational development before becoming Vice President – Business Operations.
Lisa earned a bachelor’s of science degree in economics from Bates College.
At HLR America, Lisa is responsible for Assumed and Retrocession Administration, Claims, Client Data Management and Treaty Compliance.
