Marla C. Lauterette, SPHR, Vice President - Human Resources, joined HLR America in 2003. Involved in Hannover’s strategy development, Marla aligns human assets with the company’s overall strategic vision. In addition, she focuses on insurance and legal issues, benefits administration, staff training, recruitment, leadership development, diversity training and employee career pathing.Marla has more than 14 years of experience in human resource management with high technology and global firms. Prior to joining HLR America, she was a human resource consultant and worked as a human resource manager with Productivity Solutions, Inc. in Jacksonville. She is also well-versed in acquisitions and mergers, having started her own company and worked for two start-ups – both of which were acquired by large entities.
