Tim Whittier
Tim Whittier, MBA, Vice President – Information Technology Applications, joined HLR America in February 2009. Tim has thirty years of IT development and management experience in the financial services and high-tech industries.
Tim has been in the Reinsurance business since 1996, working for ING Re and later Scottish Re, where his responsibilities covered a wide range of IT management activities including application design and development as well as out-sourced infrastructure support and application operations management.
Tim received both his bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado.
At HLR America, Tim is responsible for the application development and support of the administration, underwriting, and marketing systems.
