Curt R. Hagelman
Curt R. Hagelman, Senior Vice President - Chief Marketing Officer, has been in the reinsurance industry since 1978. He joined HLR America in March 2001.
Curt has worked in Life and Health underwriting, actuarial and marketing fields, both domestically and internationally with European reinsurers Frankona Re and Gerling Global Re. He has also been involved as an officer focusing on marketing operations at a direct life insurance company subsidiary of Aachen Re, later serving as President of an Aachen Re US reinsurance subsidiary. From 1997 until joining Hannover Life Re, he was President of Sterling Holdings (Sterling Investors Life insurance Company).
At HLR America, Curt is responsible for the oversight of corporate strategic marketing planning and coordination of new business development with the HLR America business units.
