Joe A. Sikora

Joe A. Sikora, CFA, FSA, MAAA, Senior Vice President – Chief Actuary & Appointed Actuary, has 30 years of actuarial and insurance management experience with both stock and mutual insurance organizations as well as in consulting.

He has successes in acquisitions, mergers and divestitures of operations as well as a strong background in tax and regulatory issues.

At HLR America, his oversight role includes pricing of traditional business and block acquisitions in addition to risk analysis and valuation as the company's Appointed Actuary.

Joe is also a professional clarinetist in the Orlando Concert Band and is still trying to figure out how to apply his degree in Physics to reinsurance.
