John W. Perz

John W. Perz, Assistant Vice President – Underwriting, joined HLR America in June 1992. He started in the life underwriting business in 1970 and spent 14 years with General Reassurance/Life Reassurance in Stamford, Connecticut. From January 1983 to June 1986, John was responsible for General Re’s Regional Underwriting office in Dallas.

John’s professional affiliations include membership in the Home Office Life Underwriters Association, Institute of Home Office Life Underwriters and Metropolitan Underwriting Discussions Groups.

His responsibilities at HLR America include assisting in the development of new accounts, providing profitable and accurate risk selection and claims review.
