Jeff Burt

Jeff Burt, FSA, MAAA, Vice President – Marketing, joined HLR America in 2003 with more than 12 years of actuarial experience.

He began his career at Penn Mutual Life Insurance, where he held various positions focusing on pricing and product development of individual life insurance and annuities including illustrations, competitive analysis and reinsurance.

He is currently responsible for new business development for block acquisitions as well as financial and traditional reinsurance.
